  Because of kids,we gatehr together;because of the expectation from kids,we become the union.During the process of learning football,no perfect coach,no perfect parents,so we are supposed to work together and cultivation better offsprings.

  对于足球操练，有些家长总会有这样的困惑：在操练的大环境里，足球教练会注意到并重视我的孩子吗，会好好教他吗？

  爸爸妈妈的协助，家庭的支撑，对于孩子来说太重要了。假如爸爸妈妈也能积极参与到足球教育中，孩子必定会练得更安心、更刻苦。

  每一个娇气的孩子都不是与生俱来的，而是有一群把孩子当成皇上相同宠爱的家长。冬练三九，夏练三伏，咱们应该从小培育孩子不怕苦的精力，磨练孩子意志，而不是遇到问题就退缩。

  每个人的价值观不同，家长和教练教育孩子的理念也不尽相同。但是请相信：从前、现在、将来，每位足球教练都会尽心尽力。

  Football coaches manage one or more football teams,they can't reach every aspect of every player and take good care of every player like their parents.Coach are not omnipotent,but they will do their best.

  Everyone has their own value,the education concept between parents and coaches maybe different.But please believe:Past,present,future,every coach will do their best.

  或许教练不能榜首时间回复您的音讯，期望您能理解，他们或许正在组织孩子们操练；

  或许孩子不小心在校园或操练场弄伤了自己，期望您能谅解，不要榜首时间怪责教练，球员受伤总是在所不免，这也是足球挫折教育的一种表现，也教会了孩子们怎么直面困难。

  有时候，忽略的确在所不免。再负责的教练，也会有力所不能及的时候。没有完美的教练，也没有完美的家长。家长支撑教练，便是支撑孩子的未来。

  Maybe kids hurt themselves incautiously during training,hope you could forgive and don't blame the coach at the first time.It's inevitable for the kids to hurt themselves which could be deemed as a kind of setback education as well which teach kids how to face the difficulty bravely.

  Sometimes negligence is unavoidable.Even the most responsible coach is not omnipotent.No perfect coach,no perfect parents.Parents support coach is the same as supporting kids' future.

  不少家长让孩子学习足球，并不是巴望孩子可以在足球方面有多大的成就。只是期望可以通过足球操练，建立完好的人格，培育他的自傲和坚持。这对他今后的工作和日子多会很有协助。对于孩子来说下边这三件事或许比他们考了多少分更重要。

  幼儿园和小学阶段，可以让孩子多测验各类运动，确定一项运动爱好。

  鼓励孩子尽或许到户外训练，室内运动诚然好，但户外运动往往更能给孩子陌生环境的应战。户外运动，更能培育孩子的毅力，能让孩子们深度探索自己，培育独立品质。
